Last day of bachelor

Today 12th of december 2008 is the last day of me carrying the bachelor status. Next day onwards I shall only tick the married box on the marital status column. Our beloved country known best for its nature + township is being tainted by these metal structures to sell respective products. Sigh. . . . .

Why are there such many ADVERTISEMENT board being allowed on 1 single highway?

The best thing is the main con forgot about the meeting and I have to adjourned to the next meeting site, Seremban@14km away

To remedy gout, you need to understand what it is, and what causes it. Certain foods contain purine, purines are then broken down into uric acid. People who suffer from gout are un able to process the uric acid from thier body, wich then crystalsizes in the joints.
The most effective way to remedy gout, is PREVENTION. stay away from nuts, alcohol, seafood, and organ meats. these foods can be eaten occasionally, but never with alcohol (alcohol inhibits the ability to process the uric acid drasticaly)
stress and injury also play a major role in gout attacks.

At the first sign of an attack. drink plenty of water. Pure black cherry juice is the quickest way to remove the uric acid crystals (has a coumpond that disolves the crystals) you can expect relief over nite. Stay off the effected area ! any movement of the joint will cause tissue damage. and will prolong the pain.

For pain, take ibuprofen, (NEVER ASPRIN !)
alternate hot and cold compresses and elevate.

Increase your potasium intake. ( bananas, Potatoes, spinach, ect)
above all, keep drinking black cherry juice, and lots of water.

It is estimated that up to 2 million people have gout. Between 75-90% of gout sufferers are middle-aged males and 25% have family members with it. In women, uric acid starts building up after menopause, quite possibly due to the drop in estrogen.

i just remembered that world aids day also fall on the same day of my birthday. Went to this place called Foong Lye@the garden. They served taiwanese food. All the fish related dishes is nice, the chicken one are pretty norm and we didnt try the beef stuff cos i dont eat beef. hahaha. Went to starbuck to chill after that and that was the end of my 30th birthday. Happy birthday jon. May my wish comes thru.......

Today I took a working day trip from LCCT KL to Labuan in the wee morning and back at night. On every plane its written "NOW EVERYONE CAN FLY". In my heart I was thinking, wow but in my brain it was saying "why does the pilot park so damn far away?". How come they can't unload the passanger off at a designated point and then only park the super cool AIRBUS fleet somewhere else? Now that my leg hurts and my brain's dead. I need some sleep to catch while I m on my way back to where I park 244. KLSentral

My precious vehicle is shaking its butt everytime the tyre complete its rotation. Found that the metal threat on the inner side is being seen. Its time to change my new pair of shoe for 244. Sent it into Silverstone and change 2 units of Kruiser 1 black polished shoe, chamber adjustment, alignment + 5% gov tax (what the heck????)

The only fruit supply stall beside my office has been closed for 4 days now. I have no other fruit source to my daily meal. Have to pack up some fruit juice to my empty fridge. . . . Rainy day. . . . Sleepy. . . . .

Special occasion gathering - weddings

Was at a relative wedding dinner yesterday. Its a good occasion to celebrate and see someone who you didnt see for a long time. Some carries with them a smile, some comes just because they are invited. Its an occasion with good intention but i think invitation list has to be seriously considered. Not to simply invite anyone you can think of, check with them whether they are willing to come, free to attend the occasion.

Probably this would also be a good practice if we are to do seatings coordination. Confirmed attendees would be arranged accordingly. Names can be attached to the table number on the table stand would be nice. At the same time, table arrangement to be attached into the invitation cards would also be a sense of good planning.

Marriage

tentatively both parties (girls and boys parents) agreed to let us get married next year....

No more bring forward your flight time. If u happen to buy a ticket for 8pm flight and there is a 4pm flight that you can make it. They no more allow you to change the ticket to the earlier flight. This can be done a year ago. Sigh. . . . I m writing this because i m waiting for my 8pm flight since 1130am. Hahaha
